What if 20 people turned up for your zumba class, instead of the expected 10?
The client is a Zumba instructor who focuses on zumba and calisthenics, combining and taking dance and workout to the next level. The lessons are both online and offline.
During pre-COVID times, the client used to let prospects know of his sessions by using methods like newspaper inserts, handing out flyers, gym and dietitian connects.
With a moderate social media presence, the client used to experiment with Facebook ads, but with little to no success getting results. The zumba studio costs not going down, the client became desperate to give the footfalls a boost.
The first task we did was to make the client understand why his ads weren’t working and gave almost zero results based on his ad spend.
Tore down the entire ad strategy and replaced with our methods for health and fitness sector clients. The ad targeting was toned down from 18-45, to 23-38 based on the footfalls and previous data. Since the client started online sessions, tweaked the sales funnel to accommodate online sessions too.
The sessions were starting to get around 8-10 people per session, right when COVID started to recede. Ad spend now stands at a modest sub INR15k. The best outcome from the campaigns were the surge in session bookings. From 8-10, to 25+ people per session, and onward!!
