Our client is among the leading pool tech companies in Oman today, offering swimming pool construction and maintenance services to an enviable list of customers including the Royal Family of Oman. With great quality service and stellar customer support, the client scaled the operations from a one person company to one of the best in the GCC market.
The client after receiving the initial boost in business, stumbled upon the obvious roadblock every business faces, stagnation! The sales slowed down after relying just on references and word of mouth marketing. The annual maintenance contracts made it difficult to increase the revenue per project.
The client had a rather bland and ambiguous positioning when it came to their identity in the market. While providing best service and awesome customer support, the client became the classic case of analysis paralysis where pondering over the how to, became the biggest elephant in the room.
Just when the client wanted to sell to everyone, they had lost it. After multiple calls and discussions, an ideal customer avatar was figured out and had the target customer group selected. Post that, the ad platform selection was made in favor of Instagram, since the platform is being actively used by the target demographic.

Word of mouth marketing that used to generate 2 leads per month now does 30 leads per month, with a slight tweak in the process.
Our ad spend that started with 50 riyals per month, started generating an average revenue of 5000 riyals in the first month, and from there to 25000 riyals in the third month.
Now the campaigns are scheduled in such a way that the client focuses on the service delivery and scaling the business up. Every 2 months the campaigns are active and the service delivery happens in the period in between.
