The collaboration between Webvendere and a leading co-working space brand turned out to be pretty profitable for the client. This case study discusses more on the client, the context and results of the collaboration.
Our client is among the best co-working spaces in Kochi(Trust us, we worked out of that space for 3 months!)
Equipped with years of experience in the interior design space in the GCC market and having served clients like Bentley, Bugatti, Emaar, Deloitte, Godiva, Ajman Bank, McLaren and the like of it, the UAE based company ventured into the co-working space sector in Kerala by opening up their first space in Kochi. An aesthetically pleasing, pro-productivity workspace that’s loved by both startups and major companies alike, they grew from one location to three, in less than 2 years.
The launch team in Kochi was trying everything up its sleeves till the point when it was overwhelming and tiring. Most of it stemmed from one major issue, trying to do it all at once and alone. They ran ads which racked up their costs and got low quality leads and making the conversion process painful for everyone.
One thing we made sure was the client’s focus was on one thing at a time. Right from building the online identity to marketing online and selling subscription, the root cause of issues faced was the chaos in the process. To weed out chaos, a roadmap was planned not for the long term but for every week.
User generated content is the best. While having a real good team of designers, the client was finding it difficult to get the act together. We turned the tables, and they now have a solid Instagram following, and the customers creating content from the location. Collaboration with major movie production houses in Kochi made sure the space got featured in Malayalam movies and short films.
Online identity is one thing while online revenue is another. A mixed bag of promos run by the internal team was rebuilt as two verticals, for identity and branding, and revenue.

Since the market was just right, the client had the first mover advantage and we made the best out of it. That move is helping them stay on top with all the new competition.
When Facebook ads with proper targeting and retargeting made sure the name stood in the limelight, Google ads shouted, “Show me the money!”
Just like the client loved paid ads, we loved organic reach. Website and social channel optimization done for better visibility in the domestic market is now getting them at least 15 visits a month, out of which they boast a 40% conversion rate. 60 out of 100 seats in a floor getting filled for two quarters, with organic traffic!
Our love for referral marketing paved way for the client to open up a new plan so much that, their second location is almost filled with the referrals from the first location. A simple growth hack that made them ensure an additional 30% occupancy.
In 3 months, the results were just great!
